i really love what i do, ive been playing the sax for 22 years now, i started to learn the saxophone at school, then continued with private tuition, and then on to study further music at college where i gained a diploma in jazz theory and improvisation. i play jazz mainly, cocktail and dinner jazz, easy on the ear. for champagne receptions, weddings, corporate and business lunches, and black tie events. i also, from time to time, play funky house, alongside the dj, i have worked with neil navarra, jay c, robo,mark doyle, alex p, tim owen, jason herd, jimmy jimmison, nev johnson, the reet gawwgiouss jon fitz, dave ellis, j latham, jay dee thomas, miss moneypennys, back2luv, carl hammond and many many others, i have also played along with the very talented angie brown when she was performing at plush, plus i have played for numerous galaxy 102 live broadcasts at various funkyhouse nights, not to mention many studio recordings for music producers/bands, ive played with the house band on the G spot with terry christian, on granada tv, plus numerous other tv bits and pieces, and not forgetting the fabulously superb steve sutherland at the miss black britain awards. the sax is who i am, i couldnt imagine doing anything else! the only thing that is more important to me, is my 13 year old daughter. i play tenor and soprano saxophones.
