Indigo & J Pedro first teamed up back in 1994 & have been producing together on & off ever since. With a few releases under their belt, under different guises, their concentration on the much heavier & darker side of drum & bass had finally come to a close, when they founded the Jazz Thieves in 2005. Extensive artist Gill Daniel first hooked up with Indigo back in 1998, their projects were mainly on more Soulful Grooves & Hip Hop breaks. Today, as Jazz Thieves, the three have fused their talents together, to embark on a much larger approach towards their love for Drum & Bass, with a twist of lime!.
Indigo being the main front man, is responsible for a majority of tracks & production. He has also worked on many other music genre projects, namely, R&B, Breaks & Hip Hop, with the likes of Seema, Mad Fitz & M.C. Duke respectively.
J Pedro, with more of a DJ background, deals with the networking side of things, but when possible, collaborates on tracks & inputs on arrangements. He too has worked with many other producers, but most of his past productions have been solo projects.
Gill Daniel grew up around Gospel, Soul, Funk, Hip Hop & Jazz, as well as creating Drum & Bass. Since his many collaborated projects with Indigo, his influence & knowledge of music, has played a strong part in bringing the Jazz Thieves to the forefront.
