My name is Jimmy Barry and I never thought that I would have a MySpace page. Never. In fact, I never wanted a MySpace page. So for you to be able to see my page on MySpace is a miracle.
I am a very private preson. I always have been. You would probably call me an introvert. When I am in crowds I am the one in the background unseen and unheard. If I must be seen, I can come out. I speak before crowds without a problem, but I don't like recognition. I do not like large birthday parties. I like to spend those moments with just my family. As a result, I have never wanted to see my name and face spattered across the web. But here I am! I'm on MySpace and YouTube and other sites. Why? There is a reason: I have a vision and purpose that drives me.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. My life is devoted to His cause.
That is why I am here on MySpace. It is to let people know who I am, what my vision and purpose is and give them an opportunity to join me if they have the same vision and purpose.
As I traveled around the world and saw the great needs that prople had, I believed I needed to be part of the solution. Jesus was and IS the solution. He came near. He touched people. He gave of Himself. He met their needs. He preached the gospel. Matthew 9:35-38 has become my life's mission text.
In the fall of 2004, I helped form a mission organization with two business men who had a similar passion. Our goal was to help the worst of the worst and work in partnership with people who could provide care, counsel and the gospel of Jesus Christ. The results have been nothing short of phenominal. I know this is what I want to do the rest of my life. This is my purpose. It is my passion.
So why go on MySpace? Why break my silence? Why step out from my safe zone and risk the internet?
FIRST: To find people. People who have a passion from the Lord that drives them. People who have a purpose from the Lord bigger than themselves that will not let them rest until it is done. Jesus prayed for workers like this because the need was great. So, I'm looking for people to enter that harvest. You don't have to join our work. Just get in the game. Don't stand on the sidelines.

SECOND: To find people. That's right the second reason is same as the first. Well not really because I am looking for a different group of people. I am looking for people who want to work from home.
Here's the bottom line. The Lord has put it into my heart to generate my own support and not ask people to provide. I am now being supported by a business. But how long-term is this? I do not want to fund raise for my personal needs while I do the work the Lord has given. I do not like to ask people for money. So, God has put it into my heart to provide for my own needs. But here was my question, how can I provide for my needs and be gone much of the time oversees?
Throug home business.
I have found the home business that right for me. I have spent many nights and weekends learning how to market online. What you see here on my MySpace page is one part of what I have learned.
My desire is to help others who desire to start their own business. Who have a dream that drives them. I would like to help you.
