I’m originally from Saskatoon, Sakatchewan (say that 3 times fast) in the Canadian Prairies. I fell in love with music and the Bahá’í Faith as a youth, did a lot of travelling in Latin America and ended up in Los Angeles. Had the fortune to work with some of my greatest heroes, including WAR, Carlos Santana, Buena Vista Social Club etc; played with incredible musicians from different parts of the world in every style imaginable... but it felt like it was time for my family to explore other aspects of life, so off we went. A year in Mexico, a year in Victoria, and now a year in Portland. I’m finishing a record that was put together during those travels, and recently completed a devotional CD with Eric Dozier, called Badasht Vol. 1 - While the City Sleeps. Spent the last year producing records for some of my comrades, including Lonnie Jordan (my boss from the WAR days). Stay tuned... lots of songs, stories and photos coming...

hi jb! I was in Los Angles for Panchos Bday and i got the chance to hear WAR STORIES. Man the vocal production is insane, the whole album came out great. CONGRATS FOR THE SUPER JOB!
