About me: About me lets see, well to start off my name is Jason but to those in my crazy circle of life call me Jay or JB. To my fellow writers and my small group of fans I am J.A. Barnes author of the new Horror Suspense novel "He Watches". (see http://www.shadowsofmymind.com for details)
My Family Life:
I have been married to the love of my life Crystal(Cris) for nine years, we met in high school just prior to Prom(1995) and got married in Februrary of 1997. I have three beautiful and adorable daughters Alexis(9) Jordan(3) and Maiya(5mths) they are the apple of my their daddy's eye.
My Writing Life:
I have always loved to draw and did just that until I fell in love with writing in High School. It was there that I wrote my first short story The Night Visitor (see www.shadowsofmymind.com for details) I wrote one other story while in school When it Came which isn't on paper anywhere due to a flood in my mother in laws basement. It wasn't until 1998 that I would attempt to write again. This story came in the form of one of my true Obsessions "Star Wars" the story is called "Destiny of the Son" and will be available as a Fan Fiction on www.shadowsofmymind.com. This story consumed me until 2001 when I started the long journey of writing the horror suspense thriller "He Watches" which is now available in my local Borders books store (Southland Mall in Taylor Mi.) but is also available online at the www.bordersstores.com website.
My Work Life:
For the past two years I have worked at TNT Logistics, there I am an Inventory Supervisor. We control and distribute the parts for the Dearborn Mi truck plant for the F150, The Harley Davison F150, and the Lincoln Mark VIII. An interesting Job I assure you.
