We are Inluenced by the Funk of bands such as Parliament/Funkadelic, The Hip Hop of Snoop Dogg & Dr Dre, Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Outcast, Wutang Clan, Method Man, Doc, Tical, and the whole Wutang click. We are influenced by the Urban pop of Justin Timberlake and Timbaland. We like our friends in New Zealand groups who also influence us like MC Mas, Mr Boinkin and The Mank, The kurnel MC The Robba and Numbers sorry if I missed anyone you know who you are.
Sounds Like
We have a lot of influences but people tell us we sound like The Black Eyed Peas and Eminem.

Hi Thanks for checking out JCK. If you would like to listen to our music our songs play at a much higher resolution from The Amiestreet player above. The scratchy sound is a byproduct of the CD file being converted to MP3 so it loads quickly. But good news we are releasing our debut album this year and it will be available in stores at the full cd quality. We are releasing the album independently so if you appreciate our music any form of help would be greatly appreciated. We have been going for five years now and aren’t planning on quiting any time soon. James Castady-Kristament is the guy rapping in the songs and Lou Ludbrook is the girl with the sweet voice singing. We are HipHop Rap with an alternative twist. We like to call our style Haberdash Rap. We write and produce our own music and play all the instruments you hear. We don’t use other peoples songs and sample them like some Hip Hop groups do. We are very accomplished musicians and play a range of instruments.
