About me:

I am the Founder, Co-owner, and Manager of Bayou Internet and Communications. Bayou started as a computer bulletin board system (think Prodigy) in 1990. It has come a long way. We have well over 10,000 customers across the state of Louisiana. Me? A lot of hard work, stress (lost brain cells) and asking questions. Read manuals and get the info that you need to know. Other than the above I'm about like every other guy. I watch football (LSU and Saints) and work out (well that's what I tell people) and since I am single I eat at the sports bar. I am at home most nights on the laptop that is permanently attached to the coffee table in the living room. The home theater is relegated to the background most of the time. I can VPN to my network and do what needs to be done. That consists of getting Keith or Paul on problems. (grin) .. I'm attached to my desk most days with contracts, project management and staff babysitting. I usually have daily meetings with the different departments so I keep on my toes. I enjoy my job. It is definately a brain drain at times. Get some stress then take a vacation. I like to travel, and of course get the latest toys. My new one is the iPhone. Weekends it's the sports bar or if Carl Bamburg's band is playing I will go watch for a while. I get a lot of strange looks going into a bar and ordering a diet coke but I don't drink or smoke. I quit both habits. Not because of any particular reason but the moment strikes and now I don t look back. I have a 21 yr old daughter who is in her 4th year at LSU in Baton Rouge. She is a Bio-Chemistry graduate to be. Feel free to help support Jerry's kids. ..

Who I'd like to meet:

Humm... Who would I like to meet? Whomever is the root cause of the economic problems we are currently in. No I don t have a solution but if he or they caused it I would not mind slapping em around a bit for everyone.
