I'm JD Edge, and I'm a singer/songwriter/musician living in Nashville, TN. I'm originally from backwoods Clinton, SC, where I got my start playing fiddle, mandolin, and acoustic guitar. I'm just a good ole country boy who loves life and playing music.
My music is a mix between todays country, traditional country, and southern rock. I began playing fiddle at the age of three, guitar at age nine, and making music is all I've ever wanted to do.
I have many musical influences, and I've had the priviledge of getting to know some of those artists personally. I've gotten to play on stage with guys like Charlie Daniels and Marty Stuart. Some of my other influences include, George Strait, Randy Travis, Brad Paisley, Keith Whitley, and Southern Rock artists, such as Lynard Skynard and ZZ Top.
