| General | Anything audio or video, vintage American cars, especially Chrysler products (Mopars). I have a really strange dream car, a 1972 Plymouth Fury. You can see one in my pictures. | | Music | Classic rock, jazz, blues. I love 50's, 60's, and 70's oldies, I like a lot of "alternative" from the 90's, and some of today's rock is OK. I like me some 70's funk, I try to pretend the 80's never happened, and I dislike virtually all of today's rap, even though I make a great deal of my money because it exists. I do think most of the local rappers I've met are pretty cool, and what they're doing is a lot better than what radio and MTV is forcing down our throats. I'm neutral on country music - I'll never listen to it myself, but I don't mind if it's on. | | Movies | These are movies I will always watch when they come on (in no particular order): Airplane!, The Blues Brothers, Animal House, GoodFellas, Ray, L.A. About me:
What is there to say? I'm a freelance videographer and video editor - I mostly do weddings, but I'll film just about anything as long as the check clears. I also do a lot of filming in nightclubs; I make DVD's of rap music shows, comedy shows, whatever it takes to give me a decent income. I started off as a DJ in 1986 and I still do that - I've had a steady bar gig for eight years, and I DJ weddings, too. I used to be a DJ who happened to do video, now I'm a videographer who happens to be a DJ.
I'm a single dad with custody; I've been raising my 14-year-old daughter since she was three. She's a little weird, just like her dad, and I love her more than my own life.
The picture is from December 2004, I have grown a goatee since then.
If you must know, I drive a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I like it OK.

Who I'd like to meet:
I'm really not looking to meet anyone here, but if it were to happen, I'd prefer her to be local to southeast Michigan. 25-49, reasonably intelligent, overactive sense of humor. She should be independent, children are OK. If you want to make my life complicated, look elsewhere; I'm too old for any head games. I can't really pinpoint what I like, but I know it when I see it.

Look for me Wednesday nights from 9:00 pm-2:00 am at Sterling Pub, 37722 Van Dyke (@ 16 1/2 Mile, directly across from the DaimlerChrysler assembly plant) in Sterling Heights, MI. Wednesday is a wide-open all-request night - I'll play virtually anything by request, from 50 Cent to Ray Charles to Led Zeppelin to Audioslave to Shakira. Top 40, classic/modern rock, oldies, old school R&B/funk, and anything strange, cheesy, or hip I can conjure up - it's just you & me and over 7000 songs. Friday night is more of a club sound featuring, R & B, hip-hop, etc., but the first hour (9:00-10:00 pm) is all requests as described above. This is truly where the party's at on the weekends - get your ass out there!
