As of 2-7-09 The FL DOC is treating me fairly N aprropriately. On Wed. 2-4-09 I wrote my partner: "Dear One, Morning Sugar!! R ya up & @ 'em this morning?? I'll B alright after I eat this oatmeal I have sitting here!! I wasn't about 2 stand out N the cold 4 2 pieces of french toast. Got 2 envelopes from ya yesterday dated Thurs. 1-29 & Fri. 1/30. Still nothing from Mon. 1-26. Emmett is a nice name 4 a cat!! I like cats 2!! R we gonna get us 1 when we're together again? Bossman is leaving this week. He told me yesterday that if he decides 2 show up, 2-day it'll only B 4 a 1/2 day. He said he wants 2 take his mom & dad out 2 breakfast, because he doesn't know when he'll C 'em again. I told him 2 go 4 it!! He's pretty kool, & I'm gonna miss when he's gone!! He treats me like a human. The guy who's taking over is pretty straight 2. He's black & he's been here 4 awhile. He knows me from from working up top when I was here. He treats guys the way they want 2 B treated. If U act like an ass, then he's gonna treat ya like 1. On 1-30-09, Tom and the U.S. government deleted my picture to dehumanize me, because I have become a threat to the New World Order of Conformity. According to Florida Statutes (Administrative Code) Chapter 33-210.101 Routine Mail(9)  Inmates shall not use correspondence privileges to solicit or otherwise commercially advertise for money, goods or services.  For the purposes of this rule this includes advertising for pen-pals;  inmates are not prohibited from corresponding with pen-pals, but shall not place ads soliciting for pen-pals.  Inmates are prohibited from receiving correspondence or materials from persons or groups marketing advertising services or from subscribing to advertising services.  Inmates who posts ads posted with the assistance of another person shall be subjected  to disciplinary action.  Please be advised this is not an ad, or a request for a pen-pal or pen-pals.  I, Christopher Eckhardt, put this up on 11-24-08.  My partner JD(not his real initials, however MySpace knows his real name) is not looking for pen-pals, as we are engaged.  You do not know his real name, ID#, or his address, or cell #, or his bed location, so you cannot be his pen-pal.  He does not want your money, goods, or services.  In fact, he will not accept your friendship, because to do so would invite more punishment from the government, so please do not request it.  He is only here to educate the American people to prison conditions in the beginning of the 21st century.  He is being treated fairly, and appropriately by the Florida Department of Corrections in December, 2008. As of January 2, 2009, the Florida Department of Corrections is treatly JD fairly, and appropriately, and he is happy, and therefore, so am I. Thank you Florida DOC for your humane treating of my partner!  The Struggle Continues, and so too, do Blessings!    I, alone, Christopher Eckhardt, am responsible for the content on this site, as JD has no access to computers in prison.  JD is now 28 years old, in 2008.  At the age of 16, JD committed an armed robbery, and spent 4 years in Florida prisons; he was never given any educational training, or vocational training as required by law.  When he got out, he again did what he knew, and robbed again.  No one in either robberies was ever physically hurt, and all of the money and property were returned.  Under Florida Prisoner Repeat Reoffender Act, JD now has a life sentence with no chance for probation or parole.  However, after you re-elect President-elect Obama in 2012, he is eligible for a Presidential pardon.  Parts of our love story is available for free at http://www.r25288.com.
