SWEET TATER PUFF submitted by Myspace friend, Roberta
INGREDIENTS
2 medium sweet taters, cooked & peeled
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon mon
CRUNCHIE PRALINE TOPPING (see below, follows recipe)
Mash taters throughly. Add milk, sugar, eggs, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat until well blended and creamy. Spread mixture in greased 9" pie
plate. Bake @ 400 for 20 min or until set.
Prepare crunchie praline topping while Puff bakes.
CRUNCHI PRALINE TOPPING
2 Tbs butter or margarine
/34 cup Cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Place all ingredients in bowl. Stir until mixture is uniform. Spread over cooked puff.

Benmore blues band is winner of the 2009 Oklahoma Blues Society local Interational Blues Challenge! Thanks for all the support. We appreciate the judges who gave of their time and effort as well as OBS members who attended and cheered us on. We will represent Okla. City in Memphis January 10, 2010 and play our hearts out. For those of you planning to attend, see you there. For you unfortunate ones, see you when we get back. We'll tell you all about it. Special thanks to Joann and appreciate Peggy and Jim for manning our cameras. Pictures of Sunday's event have been posted in our photos.
