Jean Roch Waro is a musical adventurer, a singular dreamer. In the 80s, his childhood was lulled both by rock'n'roll and exotic Sega rhythms from his grand-fathers native Réunion . When he was 15, he set up his first band. Later, when he was about 20, he logged on many concerts (Meteors, Noir Désir, Paul Personne, Pigalle and CharlElie Couture). Then it was time for emancipation! : New York (the Living Room), Paris (Guinguette pirate, Glazart), Berlin (Franz Club). Finally, his growing passion for jazz and more particularly for John Coltrane, Chet Baker, Thelonious Monk led him to Steve McCraven, Archie Shepp Quartets virtuoso drummer. The Jean Roch Waro Music Gang was born:

The Gang has recorded 12 Jean Roch Waro songs in the jazzmens way : "play live and catch the right take"! "Music Gang", Jean Roch Waros first album, is a new hymn to Music and "Chansooon".

T'es un peu entre Henri Salvador et Jeff Buckley sur les nouvelles titres, je trouve, toutes proportions blah blah. Mais bon hein, qq j'en sais moi -:) Sont très cool, wow un vrai chanteur en Lorraine!
