About me:

If you want to stay in touch, hook up with me on facebook!

Jeff Garvin's Facebook profile

hi, i'm jeff, the lead singer/bass player for 7k. i give vocal & guitar lessons and i coach rock bands and their members. I've also been known to act on occasion.

i am hungry, virile, and ambitious. my inner child has grown into a teenage malcontent, and it wants attention. i hate sitting still unless i'm totally engaged in a movie or a musical performance. i have no tolerance for boredom. i try not to be impatient. i have unbelievable friends and incredible family. i am fulfilled, angry, grateful, and optimistic all at once. if i were going to be executed, my last meal would be corn meal mush, sliced, floured, fried in butter, and drenched in cheap maple syrup. sushi and pizza would fight it out for second place.

Who I'd like to meet:

music lovers, lost souls, anyone with The Longing. students who want to learn guitar, vocals, or need some rock star coaching.
