Most of my songs are written by bob dylan..., but he's been prissy lately, and with johnny cash mumblin' to nobody in the corner, leonard cohen moaning about how useless he is and townes out drinkin' as much as he pleases, and me just sittin' in the middle of the room thinkin' "I remember there was something I was happy about."
I fell off a cloud over Oklahoma and rolled up into Kansas. Eventually the wind picked up and blew east to New York City. I landed in Harlem, took some acid and bought a guitar. Eventually going back to Kansas for a few months, and then driving my grandpa's F250 custom pickup truck over some tall mountains and rolling into to L.A. Got a job, and over the next year managed to beat some rhythm into my soul. I learned five chords and 200 songs and took a bus to New Orleans, where I started playing on the street for fun and profit. I got bored being drunk and hungry all the time, so I walked back to NYC, where at least I'm not always hungry.
Hey Jeff, thanks a lot for adding me. Cool tunes man, who wrote 'Satisfied'? Great tune. Next time I'm on your side of the pond I'd love to come catch a show. I have some new tunes up also, when you get a spare 20mins please drop by and have a listen. Speak to you soon mate, see you down the road. Dekko.
Making lots of art these days. Learned how to cut things with a laser. Who knew? Miss you Mr. Dickinson. Hope your streets are lined with golden guitar picks and sunshine lollipops.
Hey, coz. Just wanted to say hi, and I've been thinking about you. Hey, did you know I'm at massage school? Last night I cooked fish for supper. It turned out very well. Let's see if I can think of some more random news. Um, I have a friend who speaks Russian. And I have an apron from Africa. : ) I'll write a letter soon. Love, Stace
They had a 4 year rememberance/update on Kyle and his family last night on the news. They played a clip of your song. Great song and a great memorial for him.
