SaXon Geat, Ben Parkes, Nate Winder, uh, Broadway. No specific influences; more like a synergistic combination of all the music I've heard in my life up to this point. Although I do like They Might Be Giants.

Sounds Like? What's the difference between this and "Influences?" I mean, you pretty much are influenced by a band/artist if you sound like them, unless it's purely by coincidence, in which case you wouldn't know to put them here.
Jeff Parkes has been composing music for over fifteen years. He wrote a lot of songs for the West Valley City, Utah band SaXon Geat during his high school years. After the band broke up, he went on to orchestrate a musical called Travels, written by his friend Nate Winder during their senior year of high school. He then went on to the music program at Brigham Young University, where he is currently studying as a media music major.
Jeff really needs an upgrade of equipment; as of now, a lot of his stuff sounds like cheesy MIDI. Listen past that!
Surely you have a more attractive picture than this glaring into the sun picture for your artist page. You are a handsome devil, but this picture... people are having accidents.
