MY FRIEND JEFF is the music project of Jeff Hallam. He is a howling “moody boy” from Portland Oregon that croons stamped-on-your-brain melodies. His music is a collection of melodic, atmospheric songs harkening a Neil Young meets Pink Floyd brew.
