Jeff Hayes discovered his love for music at a very young age. When he was about 7 years old, he found himself addicted to the poppy groove of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" which combined two of his favorite things: music and scary movies. Throughout his teens, Jeff developed himself into a skilled producer: writing, mixing, and producing songs entirely on his own. Regardless of what direction Jeff went with his music, most of his songs had always been very heavily influenced by Rap music and catchy, melodic R&B pop tunes. He often found himself combining sections of rap with singing parts, which proved to be a great fit for his voice. While most artists stick with either one style or the other, Jeff can switch back and forth between both styles effortlessly. He eventually decided to turn his dream of recording an album into reality and began writing songs for a debut solo album which he would produce entirely on his own in a professional studio. The album would be a huge undertaking, as Jeff was willing to do it independently without a budget or label backing. He didn't let those "obstacles" get in his way and over the next 6 years, he created his dream. In late 2004 Jeff Hayes released his first solo debut album called "Memories of You". Jeff can also be found composing music scores for some of his work in movies. On top of writing, producing, and directing the "Grandma's Secret Recipe" horror-comedies, Jeff also scored them! Jeff is also a producer on the 2008 film "Return To Sleepaway Camp" starring Vincent Pastore, Felissa Rose, and the late great Isaac Hayes. "Return" is a sequel to the 80's horror smash "Sleepaway Camp." Jeff actually tracked down many of the film's original stars and director on his own and talked them all into doing a sequel. On top of that, Jeff also produced, shot, and edited all the bonus features for the "Return To Sleepaway Camp" DVD release which was released in November 2008. If it's not music, it's movies. Those are Jeff's passions.
