Born and raised in Wantagh, NY, Jeff Jacobs got his start as a Singer/Songwriter playing at local coffee house venues in his teens. Writing and performing at college venues throughout his twenties, Jeff has cultivated a wealth of original pop works with influences including Billy Joel, Guster, Ben Folds, and Dispatch. His originals are as sweet in tone as they are rich in content.
Songs such as "Cockatoo" will have any audience's feet tapping while leaving them in a lyrical spell of preponderance. While songs such as "The Necklace" tell of a woeful melodic story that leaves a trail of goose bumps across the room.
