Jeff Kalmar is a guitarist with over 30 years' experience in rock, folk and Celtic traditional music. He has been a member of Orion, Summerland, AvalonUSA, Real Magick and The Reelies and has shared the stage with such performers as Three Pints Shy, Richie Havens, JoAnna Farrer, Natalie Haas and Rick Nestler.
After starting his musical journey on the violin at age 7, Jeff soon picked up the guitar, electric bass and mandolin. He also occasionally swings at a hammered dulcimer, hoping for the best. After years of singing backup in rock bands he discovered that small children did not always burst into tears when he sang lead on traditional Celtic songs.
Currently Jeff is recording a solo CD for release in the Summer of 2008 and is also in the process of putting a new band together. Film at 11:00.

Hi Jeff, Well, when I saw the guitar I thoght you are a flamenco player, but when I was listening your music I have been surprised. "You are not a flamenco player". I am thinking to be your friend.
