Jeff's instantly likeable live show combines honest pop melodies and his brand of stand up storytelling; making you wonder, are you sure you're not old friends?
Some would say that he's very quietly put together something special over the past few years. After spending the majority of his time honing his skills and constantly playing live, LeBlanc has racked up over 500,000 plays on MySpace and recently shared the stage with the likes of Augustana and Matt Nathanson. In addition to his many performances, Jeff is a student at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
Raised on eastern Long Island with a healthy musical diet of r&b, blues, jazz and folk tunes, Jeff has managed to incorporate these musical genres into his sound. His influences range from songwriting stars such as John Mayer, James Taylor and Howie Day to the “rootsier” blues and jazz styling of D'Angelo, Jamie Cullum, Herbie Hancock & Robert Cray.
"Last night I played with Jeff LeBlanc. He is one of the best new singer-songwriters I've seen, a real nice guy, very fun to hang out with, and I'm pretty sure that next time I'll be opening for him!"
