I got my musical start playing sax in the elementary school band. I had my heart set on being a drummer, but that would have to wait. In middle school, I learned to play drums. By the time I got to high school, I had tried many different instruments. Through four years of marching band, I played sax, trumpet, quads (on the drumline), and bass guitar (on the sidelines). I picked up the bass for the age old reason that the girl I was in love with when I was 15 told me that she liked it.

I am currently working on a new project, Isis Rain, which I am very excited about. I have played in a variety of bands from funk (Pariah), to pop (Gadfly), to grunge (Flush), to melodic metal (Born in Winter) and goth/industrial (Caustic Soul ). After playing bass guitar for 18 years, I am finally getting around to recording a solo CD. If all goes well, it will finished this year. Check back here for information on upcoming Solo Bass gigs.
