It all started listening to "The Who By Numbers" on 8 track with my family in our station wagon when I was very young. Since then, I learned to play drums studying with many great teachers (including the master Billy Hart). I learned to play guitar a bit thanks mostly to my main man Phil Barry. I've also learned to sing and write tunes. Both of these get better with time, i hope.
For many great years I played in the single greatest rock band in the world (to consist of 5 guys who all graduated from 4 different high schools in 1990) Knee Deep Shag. We made records and toured and slept on a lot of floors.
I still play with Butterfat Trio, an off shot of KDS, with the fantabulous Rob Cookman. We have a record with a new one on the way.
I am currently playing with one of the finest cover bands this side of the Mississippi, Spoken Four. We play a crapload of gigs and I'm lovin' it!
I also do a good bit of recording and still find time to play freelance gigs.

Will I be able to see you since I'm not 21? That would be really fun! I've been into a singer I notice from a TV show. Her name is Kate Voegele. I don't like everything she sings.. but her voice is just amazing and the music sounds easy enough. I just haven't had time to look up the piano chords. Too busy! Ah, I'm so excited to see everyone. It feels so funny to not have a summer class... :)
