Hiyo!! My name is Jeff Jack and I like making music. I mean I really like making music. From start to finish. Inspiration to presentation. I love it. On my player up above, you will find some songs that I have written and recorded in my home studio with the help of my friend, Dan Good. We did everything: writing, recording, mixing, and mastering. It may not be pop mainstream quality, but we like the fact that it was all done by us.
Currently, I am beginning work on two new albums, one being titled "Hard Times" and the other tentatively titled "Ever Onward, Ever More". Look for music out later this year.
The Brave Ones Never Stay the Same
Written back in 2007, recorded in early 2008, finished in late 2008, this latest EP "The Brave Ones Never Stay the Same" has been long in coming, especially for a song list that only spans three songs. I blame busyness, but I have finally found time to just sit down and write this out. These songs were born from a need I found in many of my friends that had had life dump misfortunes on them. They weren't doing anything wrong necessarily. They just found themselves given these unwarranted situations.
Back in June 2007, I found myself sitting on a beach watching an east coast sunrise and thinking about all of my friends going through their problems and feeling kind of helpless. At the time, I kept up with the blog of Jamie Tworkowski of TWLOHA and he had written about how every day is a new day to live the life we were created to live. As I sat there watching the sun come up and taking in the sea air, his words seemed so alive. I went home and wrote the song, "Sunrise", and the other two followed after that.
And it's true. Tomorrow morning, when you wake up, you have a brand new start. Maybe you feel like you're stuck. Maybe you feel like you can't take the mask off. Maybe you're too scared to try something new. Maybe you feel like people won't take the new you seriously. Nothing could be further from the truth. You can always change directions. You can always change how you're living to be the person you know you are inside. You can always start over. It's never too late to change. The brave ones never stay the same.

you're my favorite! please control el procrastinator. he's encouraging MY procrastination! which, might i add, will be in full effect tonight when i am spending countless hours in the library working on a paper due tomorrow! i will GLADLY let you interrupt though! my phone will be glued to me in hopes that you will do just that! :)

So these two cows are grazing in a field. One cow turns to the other and says, "Eesh, I hear that mad cow disease is some pretty serious stuff. Are you worried about catching it?" The other cow replies, "Not really. I'm a helicopter." hahaha, yes, I make myself laugh.
