Your subconscious and the world from outterspace. We make sound collages.
This all started in the summer of 2006 when a mutual friend had introduced X24 to bubbles. The two of us were producing music from the same box(RM1X). Which made the connection even stronger. We decided to get togeather and jam. This led to the Hybrid setup we have now. We were looking for something different and new in this world full of covers, stale sounds, and genre classifactions. The only way to do this we decided was to join our gear up and mix the medium of the Djng and live production. We threw down and the chemistry was there and translated into the music. We had our first taste of Squelchy, sound collage, mashups. Now we are blending the music of the old world with, soundbites and records to tell the stories of where we came from and where we are going. We create a sound that could be describe as what you would hear if you were listening to the world from outerspace. This is a project which encompasses many genres, sounds of the world, and nature.
Recorded a fun audio interview with Freeland frontman, Adam Freeland's Live Band, Kurt Baumann. We talk about the current Freeland tour and the inside scoop on smelly vans, suits with arm bands as well as the rockin stage show itself
