Just Jen.
Laid back, usually quite quiet till i get to know you. Couldn't imagine my life not involving animals.
I make movies!
Go placidly amid the noise & haste & remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly & clearly & listen to others, even the dull & ignorant; they, too, have their story. Avoid loud & aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others you may become vain & bitter for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortune of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is. Many persons strive for high ideals & everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue & loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars. You have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, & whatever your labours & aspirations in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham & drudgery & broken dreams it is still a beautiful world.
Be careful.
Strive to be happy. ~Max Ehrmann~

That is possibly one of the most lovely and overwhelming comments on my music I've ever received. It is amazing for it to have had that effect on you. Thank you so much for your ongoing support! I really really appreciate it. If you can make it down to The Comedy on Wednesday that would be brilliant but I look forward to seeing you another time if not.
Jen! Thank you so much. What a lovely comment! So glad you enjoyed it. The Ditty Bops are my new favourite band. Got a bit starstruck when they played my uke! If you weren't apprehended by Manager Mark with the mailing list afterwards let me know your email address and we can keep you in the loop for the upcomings. Fantastic. Hope you're well lady. x
"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff

Looks like you have both got there. The love, loyalty and devotion you get from a GSD is like that of no other. It is true, stronger, and unconditional, more than you will ever receive from another human. Enjoy sweetheart, they are only here a short time. Make each day count and love each other. C & S x x x
