Jen Jared graduated from East Central University in December 2000 with a minor in vocal music where she received a vocal scholarship and participated heavily in choral activities. She then moved to Frisco, Texas and was involved with the Frisco Community Chorale for one year before moving to Dallas.
She has mastered a large body of jazz standards and incorporates into her performances many stylistic influences ranging from Billie Holiday to Norah Jones. She has a broad emotional palette and can be at once subtle and impassioned.
Typically accompanied on electric guitar by John Wright, she is well-suited to a great variety of situations, comfortable at the very low volumes required in restaurants and the smallest, coziest nightclubs, yet equally at ease belting out the blues in more rambunctious settings.

Hey I kept looking at your name and could not figure out who in the heck this was..lol Then Buster came and jumped in my lap and then I was like Ohhhhh ok....lol
Buster is so inlove with me..lol He has done so good with the new baby. Does even better with the 2 and 3 yr old when they try to ride him like a horse he will pretend to bite at them but wont do it.....lol. He loves flash lights also. I will send a pic.
