About me: ermm I'm 20, live in the country near Leicesterish. Got the bestest best mates around, love you guys and galls (you know who you are :-p ) I Love music, going to gigs and snowboarding (alot more now i've gotten even better at it and i have a snowboarding buddy!) I tend to listen to anything with a guitar but really love punky reggae stuff.. along with rock, nu-metal (great era!) ska, acousticy stuff and much more.
and after a fair bit of saving i finally got a 1971 VW camper in 2007, love it! so i can now add camping and cruising to shows to this lil list :-D
Who I'd like to meet: Everyone who i know in one place all at the same time, that would be well good!

I thought I'd drop by to let you know about the upcoming I Have Clones UK tour this July! Dates are up on my page now but basically we're playing everywhere from Glasgow to Torquay and if you can get down to a show it'd be awesome to hang out.
luckily we got a new headliner given with the car and weve been quoted about £120 for it putting in. I tried the material thing but it looked rubbish lol. The holes were too random. Oh god i hope it doesnt bust into flames. Its that bad i dont even know if the warning lights work anymore
wanna get some new bumpers and running boards. Gotta get a new headliner fitted too. At the moment its broken down due to some electrical problem, engine works fine but its just being a pain. Some numpty had it before us and has just trashed it. I think it was registered in Derby before us. Weve had it since may time. I hated it at first. lol

LOVE pepper! not ordered my tickets yet, dont have anyone to go with who likes em :( Yeah i saw them support the Caddies last year, and recognised you from somewhere :) after the show i went to the merchandise stall and after talking to Kaleo he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I about fainted!:D
Thanks for the comments on the bug, she isnt looking very pretty at the moment, shes got primer here and there where i've had to fix her! I live in Leics and go to the Leicester Aircooled Club every fortnight on a thurs, will have to come to your clubnight when i'm free, should be good :) If that isnt an essay, i dont know what is ;) Ash x
Jenna your so lucky to have that garage. When I move house next that will be a priority. Doesn't matter if the house has only one bedroom, no garden etc... as long as it's got a double garage.
Trying to get the interior finished at the moment. Theres wisdom in my madness as I want to get the weight of the interior in the back first. This is because I'm planning to lower him but was concerned that if I did this first he may sit lop sided with the back end too low once the furniture went in, if that makes sense.
If mine looks anywhere as nice as yours when he's finished then I will be more than happy.

Been busy working on Alfie now for about 2 years on and off. I have to do most of the restoration on my driveway, as my garage is too small to swing a cat in, trouble is this time of year it never stops raining long enough to get get anything done, but getting there slowly, hope to have him finished this summer.
yeh! keep me updated, i'll come down if m free (and its not raining because my wipers were mangled in the crash)... Bue's OK the crash missed everything important (lights, windscreen) so i can still use her =) she's booked in to be repaired February 1st and has to be in for two weeks, so i'll come back off my boarding holiday to a nice shiny van =) What date was your van built? funny if it was the same day as mine..
i live in good old fashioned sheepy. im not longer a student and don't plan to be one in the near future. university in my life would be a waste of time and money. plus i like the library. how are you? looking forward to christmas?? xxxxxx

Ragtops are bound to leak in heavy rain, but must be amazing in summer! bloody rain =( im just getting it touched up, then maybe a bare metal respray during or after uni.. make sure theres no rust to poke through. exhaust tomorrow =)
im getting a new exhaust fitted.. mine had a new engine in '98 along with rust repairs and a re-spray but unfortunately there are a few bubbles here and there poking their ugly heads. Ive just re done my roof, apparent its a common problem to have leaky devon roofs.. mines nice now =)
my to do list is: -Rust repairs (half done now, need paint match) -nylon thing for sliding door -panels need straightening -brake pads
but i want lost of stuff too, like door cards and eyelids
thats about it (i hope!) as im running out of cash and im out of a job =(
I've been snowboarding since i was 12, i'm training as an instructor for 3 months in canada for my gap year, and while im away lovely Bue (my van) is going to have a makeover.. so shes nice and pretty for the summer of '09 =)
I went to wales a week after i passed my test.. bit of a drive, but it was fun! my van used to live in liverpool then moved to tamworth in '98 getting some bits fitted on friday =)
I've had your vans sister about 2 years, but it was in storage until july (when i passed my test) because i was only 17 in march =) how long have you owned yours? Where do you go snowboarding, i've just been =)
