Jenna Summer Smith, daughter of Michael “Smitty” Smith, original drummer for NW 60’s band Paul Revere and the Raiders, is excited to be bringing her band, InEclipse, back for an encore at Fireworks Restaurant & Lounge on Friday, May 2nd, at 8pm.
Originating from Corvallis, Oregon, Jenna has performed all over the Willamette Valley, as well as in Portland and San Francisco, CA. Whether performing her own skillfully-written, crowd-pleasing sing-alongs, belting out brazen “Janis Joplin-style” blues or crooning familiar favorites with local jazz musicians, Jenna has the rare ability to hold the attention of audiences large and small with her powerful vocal range and captivating musical style.
InEclipse rocks the house with the help of Rio Smith, Smitty's youngest son, who definitely inherited his Dad’s talent on a kit! Linden Wood’s guitar licks blend with Aarron Wootton’s bass and Amber Walker’s backup vocals to round out a sound just right to showcase Jenna’s beguiling voice, which can soar suddenly from gravelly depths to a sweet soft trill that holds your heart captive, with messages everyone can relate to about the triumphs and frustrations of work, love and life.
