Jenn Howard, back to the music scene after a too-long hiatus and following the breakup of her rock group "Project Nim" ten years ago, has joined up with a selection of solid musicians that includes local funk-rock act Johnny Sketch and the Dirty Notes and jazz guitarist Felix Wohlleben to produce her new solo album, "Up At Night."

Johnny Sketch and the Dirty Notes debut album was voted by Offbeat Magazine as 2003 Best Rock Album by a Louisiana Artist. They also received 2002 Best of the Beat Award for Best Emerging Roots Rock Band, 2003 Best Rock Band for The Big Easy Entertainment Awards, and 2004 Best of the Beat emerging Funk/R&B/Soul artist.
