About me: When thirsty, it is a common occurrence for me to go into the kitchen, pour myself a glass of water, put the water pitcher back in the fridge, make my way back into the living room, and only a half hour or so later figure out that I left that glass of water sitting on the counter. Sometimes I don't even discover the glass of water until the next day, still dutifully waiting for me to drink it. So I will.
I like music to match the weather.
Sometimes I will drive around the block just to avoid making a three-point turn because I hate them.
When I get cold, my teeth will chatter incessantly, and there's nothing I can do to stop it...other than get warm.
Other than believing in its existence, I do not believe in the flu shot.
When I see tall men run, I try not to giggle because they look like giraffes. And we all know giraffes look funny when they run.
I have no shame about having IM conversations with people who are in the same room as me.
No joke: I am officially allergic to cockroaches.
I get insatiable cravings for ice cream the colder it is outside.
Aaron Hetler's band was in town so I went to see Le Switch play. Which meant I had to go out at like 9:45 at night. Tom Stoppard has written plays about people like me (but they had greater mathematic skills) who don't leave their houses.
Yep, I do. I just sent her an email (I'm silly and didn't do it earlier), but got an auto response. Just tell me where to be and when and I'll be there to start my campaign for MVP.
I was the Dark Fairy, the Sinister Minister's date. Really there was just a prom dress store going out of business and this dress was cheap and had these flowy whimsical things on the skirt so I found giant wings and a black eyeliner pencil . . .
i know! i am sort of impressive that way. of course i can't re-read what i am typing - hope it makes sense . . . uhm and someone read me your comment . . . uhm . . .i feel cornered.
I really like your guy,... thought you should know. You two are so right for each other. Hope all is well with you. I'm back at Pierce for more self-torture and self-doubt. hugs, gigi
not really. I didn't spend much time in Beijing, and all of the development that has occurred in China since I left makes it hard to recognize anything.
so far 30 is good. in many ways not too different . . . but it has a new edge of direction, purpose and excitement in a concrete sort of way. i don't really feel older, just better. :) can't wait for you to join me though - after all it may be great - but it is better when it is not alone. :)
oh...I've started running again. Doing a "Couch-to-5K" series - starting slow though. It's awesome if u r into running though, I'll give you the info! Btw, I love love love love LOVE your default picture!!
