About me:
Hi everyone! Welcome to my page. I think the best thing about myspace is that I can catch up with good friends (old and new) and spread the word on health, fitness, and my business, Brides Made Fit.
I've been in the health and fitness field for years and became a personal trainer because I realized that is what truly makes me happy.
Brides Made Fit trains brides-to-be to look and feel great on their wedding day. Many future brides put so much emphasis on their dress, but there's no reason that same amount of effort can't be place on having a great body to fit into it -- or the honeymoon bikini!!
