So, I just turned 24 and realized if I want to start pursuing my dreams there is no better time then now. I have been singing all my life and grew up loving music.
This all started a few years ago when I picked up the guitar and taught myself how to play. My little sister has a way with words and is a amazing poet. I started to turn her poems into songs and then started to write my own.
There were things I wanted to accomplish in my life before going after a music career. I guess you would call them back up plans, being that the music industry is so hard to break into. So I finished college, got a real job, and lost track of my dreams and passion for music.
It wasnt until I joined the church worship team that I remembered how much I loved to play and sing and how I could impact those around me with this gift from God.
So here is me starting to pursue my dreams and living my life the way I want to life it. I am going to start working on my songs and start recording. I do have a scratch vocal I will post for now to give you a taste, but know there is much more and much better to come.

in answer to your question,i dont really think of words to go with the parts,more of feelings,or of a scenery or atmosphere,if that makes any sense,lol
i usually leave the words up to the singer if im working with a band,which im planning to do soon. on my page its just my own instrumental dabblings:P
