Words about me: writer, mother, blogger, music fan, chocolate lover, film buff, spicy food freak, yoga student, internet cruiser, silly, irreverent, relatively easygoing, chatty, happy, laughs loud and often, in touch with her inner goofy, needs time to dream, inspired by moments rather than marvels ........
Over the past ten years I have written over a dozen books (many under a pen name). My latest novel, How NOT to Be Popular (Delacorte, 2008), is about those times in your life when the world seems upside-down. When bad is good, up is down, and deep feelings are wrong ........
I would like to reach out to fellow readers, writers, teachers, students, and all-around cool people who enjoy the wacky side of life. Send me a message. Recommend a song, book or movie. Give me tips on how to get my dog to behave ........
To find out more about me, you are always invited to hang out at my official website, www.jenniferziegler.net, or visit my author spotlight at www.randomhouse.com. Saw your interview in this weekend's Statesman. Your writing group looks like great fun! Good pics and quotes. You looked uber-hip, baby... Enjoy it! :-D
Greetings from Sussex, and I thank you for adding my name to your list of "friends." Perhaps you will be interested to hear that my literary agent, Ms King, has cajoled me into participating in a program she is calling "Fifteen Weeks of Bees," which will tie together the fifteenth anniversary of our first collaboration, The Beekeeper's Apprentice, and the publication of our newest venture in May, The Language of Bees. Appropriately, "Fifteen Weeks" will join my efforts on MySpace with hers on her web site and blog. Please join us starting on February 1.
Bummer that you have the flu! Ironically, Natalie has it, too, as of Friday. People's Pharmacy has some flu remedy called Oscillococcinum (yes, really) that seems to help kick it sooner.
Hopefully, we will all be well soon and be able to have a "playdate." Get well!
Hey I read Hot Not to be Popular and I loved it. I wrote a review on it on my blog. just go to http://laurelsyareviews. blogspot. com/ and it should be the first review written.
