I was sitting in a Hotel Room in Los Angeles on my Bed Friday July 16, 2010, and in 15 Minutes This ENTIRE Song came to me. The Music and Lyrics. I Wrote Them Down on the Hotel Stationary.

I Recorded it in the Studio. Then Had it Copywritten and Registered with BMI Music.
