Meet Jensen Merrell. Oddly enough, this singer/songwriter of mainstream pop/rock/dance potential has almost no desire to be a star. He is a shy guy who loves to sing and create music. Although he has performed on stage for audiences many times and has enjoyed the applause and compliments; even winning a few singing contests, he is still not at complete ease when it comes to performing live. He wants his recordings to receive positive attention. Jensen hopes that with all of the promotional outlets available to independent artists in this digital age, he will gain fans. He plans to heavily promote his songs by way of the internet. He prefers to keep live performance to a minimum. The idea of stardom sort of scares him. He would be happy and content just to see that his music is being downloaded and enjoyed by many throughout the world.
