Jen Urban & the Box's Urban Daydream is the band's first full length release. Featuring Jen Urban on guitar, programming & lead vocals and Alan D on bass, synth-bass, keyboards & harmonies, Urban Daydream bridges the gaps between live rock and dance floor aesthetics. The record's ten songs range from raunchy garage-laced electroclash to anthemic dance-pop to sincere confessional song form. The lyrics illustrate the complex ballet of personal, emotional, and global politics in the modern-day urban existence.
