This band was formed in the summer of 2008. Jeremy had a handful of tunes and I added lead guitar parts and background vocals. Since then, we've been writing new songs and re-working the old ones.
We recorded our demo cd over the winter of 2009 in Butler, Pa. Jeremy and I played all the instruments. We released the cd in June of 2009. Since then, we have written many new songs and poured our selves into an energetic live performance. Our cd is now avaliable on iTunes, CdBaby, and our shows.
A Billy The Kid live performance is a combination of light percussion, 2 guitars, harmonica, and 2 vocals. We recorded our last show at Club Cafe and it is now avaliable at our shows.
The band is named after our grandfather, Billy Ricketts.
