My influences include sorrow and happiness, music of all kinds, pretty girls, dry red wine, sincerity, optimism, love and heartache, dreams, other people and their specific way of grooving, and other things that come and go my merry little way.
...Oh, musicians? Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Our Lady Peace, Orion Kribbs, and Green Day have probably had the greatest impact on the way I mess around musically.
"[Ross] plays well; he can solo on harmonica over his steady rhythm guitar, his voice does not waver or warble. He belts out a mix of covers and his folksy, rhythmic original tunes in a brash, earnest voice, his foot tapping time. Not everyone is as polished as Ross." -The Boston Globe
"[Jeremy]'s a very talented new-comer with great tunes. His skills have been sharpened by hard work and street performing and his groove has been getting tighter and tighter. The songs he writes capture the moment and his stage presence is undeniable." -Tom Bianchi
"Jeremy is full of energy. He is a fearless performer – throwing himself into the music and lyrics. There is often something of a narrative in his songs and it works well with his voice. He writes songs about everyday situations, sometimes straying into deeper territory, but usually well grounded in love and life." -Dave Owczarek

My music has come a long way from the days of playing tunes in the hallways between dorms at SUNY Albany, or sharing my songs in various living rooms all over the east coast. From moving to Boston and playing in the streets to forming the band, January Broke, music has become an indispensable part of my life.
Thanks to anyone who's ever bought a CD in the subway or in the street or come out to a show. Thanks to anyone who's ever put up me or the band for the night, or loaned a guitar string or other piece of equipment. Thanks to everyone who's supported the music--this whole journey would have been impossible without you.

Hey Jeremy, I enjoy listening to you everywhere I get to see you (park street and harvard subway stations, harvard square...), your good mood is greatly appreciated and you bring sunshine and smiles to people around you. See you around :)
Hey man. I usually play at the All Asia on Wednesday nights. Their open mic is pretty good. I've been trying to get shows in the city like crazy. If I have an opening, I'll keep you posted. Maybe we could share a bill.
