Jeremy Stewart is pop songwriter with a melancholy buzz; a northern BC poet; an avant-grunge lead guitar alchemist. The Rest is a rock quintet that provides Stewart with a mountainous landscape, neon electric transcendent love, and a loose framework for extended collective improvisations.

He Of The House's very first (of many) compilation. Nineteen tracks from twenty artists, the end result of which is possibly one of the most diverse compilations I've ever heard. From soft spoken acoustic folk to raving, churning dirge tunes; from a noisy, industrial cover of a Sonic Youth song to oldschool punk from when it was still raw, fast, and unforgiving. Powerviolence peppers the grounds where spooked whispers whinny along, and the caustic words of a madman festering in his own mind play out over perpetually plucked guitar strings. A true honour it is to work with these amazing artists, and I do hope we can keep them coming back for years.
Featuring: Zombie Battle Axe, xHaroldShitmanx, Kro & Jason "EVIL" Covelli, Nemesism, Ginny Greenteeth, Don't Move, Spiral Vertigo, Chachi On Acid, Mike Bruno, Autopia, Dead Kid Harvester, Jason "EVIL" Covelli, Karmakumulator, Chelsea Wolfe, RedSK vs. teh soup rebellion, Torturing Nurse, Sleepers, Flea McGruff
Housed in handmade & handpainted paper jackets with individually original black tissue cutouts, enclosed with a button. Featuring full page insert artwork by Jason "EVIL" Covelli and a blurb about each band/artist from myself. Limited to 45 handnumbered copies.

Hi Jeremy, this is dan from BEND SINISTER here. We are taking part in this MUSIC BC/PEAK radio station contest right now for a chance at a 150,000$ grant towards our musical career which as you know would be a huge help for any artist to continue making a living touring and recording. The contest is based on online votes and it only takes a second to vote for us in the contest. We are falling behind and could really use your support so if you have a second please vote at:
and if your interested, we have our new website up and we are offering free downloads of 10 our of favorite tracks from all three of our records. They are available here:
How do you feel about that Traveler show now? Cheers Jer....we got a gig with Rico for the Re-mains tour! Stoked, come out...I'd guest list you seeing as your under-employed or whatever....love and blind rage and madness too...joe
Wicked man! I hate to play Traveler so close to the festivals we got, but the reality is they are a really awesome band and ought to be heard - big time!! I think the latest date we can do is JULY 30th...
...although a post Artswells party might be pretty cool on the following week which would step on less festival-toes!! Although a pre-Wells party is pretty cool too...Think of that potential pre-wells bill...Jeremy Stewart - Joey Only - Traveler! Or maybe I wouldn't play...I'd like your opinion on those ideas.
How's that strat? I used one playing with Liqourbox, although a shitty strat probably...I just hated it. I was so happy to get home to me tele I've had now since September...best guitar I ever played! Just love it! I got a Nashville style pedal steel last Decemeber too...I need to work on that still...talk soon..joey
Hey Jer. Good luck on the employment front. These aren't the greatest times to be in need! The more people suffer the deafer the rich become. You can't even get a job in logging anymore.
We may be looking for a PG gig now on the Thursday the 11th of June. Sounds like the booking agent we're workin with might have an interested promoter in mind. I'm not sure yet, I'll know in a few days. I am playing with Traveler this summer...and we have a week off between Kispiox and Wells...would you want to consider doing that show, we could charge a little more for the tickets so that the room of 80 is productive. Did you see Traveler at Robson Valley Fest last August? They are so damn good! Promoting that show might put a bag of groceries in your cupboard That's how I look at it most often, you would deserve a fee!!
Hey Jer. How's life. I been touring the east now home, working and recording with Corwin Fox. Life is good. I'm touring with Australian band the Re-Mains next month and I'm coming up through there next month. I am looking for a show in the PG area on either June 11th or 14th...you got any ideas, wanna work on a show with us and play?
At either, I look forward to arguing theology with you, always...ole joe
Hey there! Did you make friends with Absurda yet? Good! Can I ask you for a moment of your time right now to simply go over to their page and leave a comment stating we want the complete soundtrack to Twin Peaks released!!
We have a better chance of getting their attention if we bomb them at regular intervals.
Don't be afraid to send them a message as well as leave a comment. Here are some easy templates to use for a quick an easy way to tell them we want a complete soundtrack box set hopefully in time for the 20th anniversary of the show in April of next year.
Leave your own message or copy and paste from your choice of:
- Please can you release a COMPLETE box set soundtrack to Twin Peaks?
- Please please release all of the Twin Peaks music in one box set? Thanks!
- Is there any chance that a complete soundtrack to Twin Peaks will ever be released?
- Myself and many friends are always wondering, when are we getting the COMPLETE soundtrack to Twin Peaks??
Please consider leaving the same comment at Angelo's page as well. Thanks everyone.
Oh by the way. If you see your comment published on Absurda's page and let me know, I will email you an audio treat that will knock your socks off. Trust me on this one.
sounds good man, that definitely is a trek but it would be fun to head up that way for a show. we'd play as big of a venue as you think you could fill!

Hey Jeremy, just woke up today, my 7th day at the Victoria Jubilee Hospital with this song " just as long as i'm in this world i am the light of this world " Is that one of yours? My version of the tunes had those very distinctive African guitar styles in it, maybe one day i'll do it that way. How ar ya? oh and by the way i was discharged!
