About me:

Muscletech Sponsored Athlete & Nationally Qualified NPC Bodybuilder and Fitness Model. Recently as of 09-07-08, I sustained a major pec rupture in my right chest. Now I'm post surgery and working my way back to a more complete physique for my 2010. Tentatively have plans to compete in the NPC Mr Minnesota and Junior Nationals as a Light Heavy Weight. I anticipate to be 20-25lbs heavier then 2006.

    Hey bro I hope its nothing serious. I can relate to those damn injuried. My elbow is never the same after a surgery 5 years ago. My rang of motion is all eff-up. Shit I can't even bend my right elbow still. Its sucks big time! Everything I do is half-rep n light weight. Its bullshit. Hope all is well man.

    It was 8 of us rob is with map for his after shots and the other hits were with cyto or muscletech and map I think only 2 we're doing there after shots rob is huge man
