Beatles, Billy Joel, Queen, The Police, Dave Matthews Band, Ben Folds Five, John Mayer
Sounds Like
Paul McCarntey cuts a piece of Joe Jackson, Ben Folds, Queen, the Beatles, Billy Joel, The Police, and John Mayer...pastes it all together...and then sprinkles just a punch of McCartney dust on it. :O)
By night, Jeron on the Metro area circuit, ‘schools’ the audience on lessons in the art of enjoying pure high-energy music! His stage persona assures that not one person falls asleep during these lessons! You can always truly see how much he’s enjoying himself by taking a glimpse at the vibrant smile on his face and the pure energy exuded through his flair and musicianship. This energy transcends unto the audience members, further heightening the performance connection.
When not sitting-in playing covers in a solo or duo format, or playing in a voluntary community concert band, Jeron is also an aspiring singer/songwriter in the NYC Metro area. As a multi-instrumentalist on vocals, guitars, woodwinds, and percussion--he brings a variety of abilities to any musical project as well as his own. With his original music, he decorates his sound with McCartney inspired eclecticism – borrowing bits from any genre, style, instrument, or sound to make his lyrical statements come alive sonically. All of which meshes together to create an adult contemporary sound that fuses pop sensibilities with rock guts and a heartfelt vocal approach. Jeron also exposes his music to fellow songwriter peers with the curiosity that his compositions might yet further inspire additional musical passages to be added – all in the quest to ultimately serve the song. Jeron states that, “Once an artist creates something and exposes it, it then belongs to whom it was intended for: the audience”.
