Hey folks! Thanks for dropping by and checking everything out. So about me, I am playing everything you hear on here. So if you think it sucks, well you can lay the fault directly onto me! So anyway I am a fairly prolific songwriter as I have a couple hundred tunes under my belt. Prolific doesn't always mean great, just means I have done it A LOT. I like to mix blues, rock and honky tonk country together, as I have a great deal of love for these genres. I was last seen playing guitar for the Ernie Lewis Band, and doing a solo gig at Opry At the Rodgers. Music is so very important to me, and I tend to take it quite seriously.
I had the honor of cutting my country teeth in Calgary, Alberta Canada. I met some of the hardest working, yet fun and respectful musicians there that I will probably every meet. As for blues and rock, it's a combination of growing up in rural Missouri on the banks of the Current, Black, and Mississippi Rivers, and loving loud overdriven guitars. I love nature and natural organic things in life, and hopefully that comes through in the music. I love almost all things 60's and 70's, although the very early 90's Seattle movement changed so much for me in terms of how I view the industry and how the connection of musicians SHOULD play out! Unity in the Community dammit! And say something more than "Oh baby talk dirty to me".
On a personal level, I am very approachable, as I love to help younger musicians when I can. I have no particular creed I live by for making music other than HAVE FUN and don't let other people determine your happiness! The music will always be around even when jerks are being jerks.
What's goin on bro? Been a bit. Supabusy as always! Hope all has been good. Song for Brandy is really nice man. Great job. Nice cool, calm afternoon feel to it. Echoes of many classics. WORD. Have a great week Jerry! PEACE. :)
