I'm a singer/songwriter/recording artist that's been in the music biz one way or another since the late 50's. I've written 100's of songs, and have been lucky enough to have had some recorded by other artists. My last recording venture is a CD called "Bars & Bedrooms" which has done very well for me. 12 different songs in 12 different styles of country music. I'm also a DJ on CKWE 105.9 fm. It's a 3 hour show on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. I call it "Me & My Friends". I only spin artists I know on it. Guests drop in 3 or 4 weeks of the month and we talk about this & that, and spin their CD's. Kind of sweet eh? I'm still writin' & pickin' & grinnin' & preforming at Jamborees, the odd concert, coffee houses and whatever, whenever it interests me. I turn down 90% of the gigs I'm offered, as I figure I've nothing left to prove. But if it's a local fundraiser for a worthwhile cause, I've never been able to say no.
