About The Haunt Rocker, Jerry Vayne now on iTunes!
Formerly with the San Diego Glam rockers "FOXY ROXX" and the most recent guitarist for the band "PSYCHO GYPSY", Jerry Vayne is now delving into the musical realms of the Haunt Industry.
Influenced by Midnight Syndicate, Virgil and Van Helsing's Curse he has created a new genre called "Haunt Metal".
In Sept. 2006, he released the track "When Hinges Creak" a tour-de-force tribute to Disney's Haunted Mansion. The haunt industry podcast "Rotting Flesh Radio" debuted it and he's been a staple in the Haunt Industry ever since.
In June 2008, he was a contributor to the Rotting Flesh Radio Haunt compilation CD (featuring Virgil Franklin, Chad Savage of Sinister Sonics, and sound FX guru Martin Collins) "RFR Presents: Dark Pandemonium "A Descent into the Labyrinth of the Mind". His title track "Dark Pandemonium: Enter the Labyrinth" and the 2004 "Dawn of the Dead"-inspired "Zombie Stomp: March of the Undead" received rave reviews and "Dark Pandemonium: Enter the Labyrinth" being used in several Haunted Attractions that season.
He spent the rest of 2008 locked in his studio "Vayne1 Music" writing the vampire-themed storyline that would eventually be borne as the CD "Damnations Embrace" performing all the instruments as well as producing, engineering & mixing.
The CD was released May 1 and has received rave reviews on Rotting Flesh Radio and Haunted Attraction Magazine Online.
