-was born on 8th July 1969 in Århus/Denmark
-grew up with Bluegrass Music, because of his banjo playing father
-started to play the guitar at the age of 12
-played in different Oldtime and Bluegrass Bands in Denmark
-in 1993 he visited the "American Institute of Music" in Vienna/Austria
-in 1994 he bought his first mandolin
-so far Jesper has performed at festivals in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Slovenia and Austria
-in 2000 he started to teach at Beppe Gambetta's Summer-Workshop in Ambroz/Slovenia
-Jesper moved to Erolzheim/Germany in July 2000
-at the same time, Jesper started his professional career as a guitar and mandolin teacher
-since 2001, Jesper has been teaching at the International Workshop Musique Acoustique in Virton/Belgium
-Over the years, Jesper always stayed loyal to handmade music, playing everything from traditional Bluegrass to new acoustic music.
