MySpace a place for friends

I am a singer/songwriter originally from Los Angeles, Ca. My musical journey began at a very young age. I have always found solace in music. I remember spending countless hours listening to a wide range of music trying to understand what each artist was trying express.
I spent several years as a vocalist and songwriter in various rock and southern rock bands. During this time we experienced moderate success, building a loyal following thru live performances. This is also the time when I did my first recordings.
After numerous attempts to form a band or keep one together I became a solo artist taking with me the experiences and lessons learned. As an independent artist I recorded my first full length solo project working with some great players and talent.
I have been fortunate enough to experience the success of hearing one of my songs played for the first time on Alabama 100 radio station. Got my first taste of live TV performance as a featured artist on the popular morning show Good Day Alabama.
Over the years I have explored many different music genres. I have always found it difficult to catergorize my style of music. I continue to write with the hopes that when people hear my songs they can feel my message.
I am inspired and guided by my faith and fortunate to have the never ending support of my family and friends.
Music is my nourishment, my safe haven, and I don't know where I would be without it.
