Hey everypeoples, I'm Jesse Grisham, the lead singer and guitarist of the band Reset Red based in Paducah. Following is a little nugget of joy from me about me to you, if you care about things that are awesome. If you don't then you can read it and laugh and continue to be lame. Enjoy.
It all started when I was born...like most stories about people. I began taking piano lessons at age 6, playing the trumpet at age 10 and playing the guitar at age 12 when my Dad brought home a yard sale guitar that I played so much it finally broke, and that is when I really started to take off musically. I began writing songs in my room with my buddy, and fellow musician Elisha Sircy. His patience with my lack of skill cannot be overstated. I started playing in the local CHR band UNIFIED as a freshman in high school and continued with that band until college when we went our separate ways. While I was in college I played quite a bit: teaching guitar lessons, leading the worship for XA and the BCM, playing at church, jamming with friends and honing my songcraft. At the beginning of 2007, fellow UNIFIED guitarist Aaron Goodman and I recruited bass player Derek Rothrock, and former UNIFIED drummer Jason Crowell and formed a new band named ResetRed. After a small lineup change, ResetRed added the drumtacular skills of Adam Driver to the mix. We would go on to conquer the world with rock and become legends in our own minds. You can check us out at www.myspace.com/resetred if you want your face to be melted. I warned you.
