...Stop...Look...and Listen...
The Songs that have been posted / played here are just for sample and evaluation purposes only. I am a big fan of music and of getting original copies of the artists' work, in Vinyl, CD or DIY tape or CDR demos. Through these "mix tapes", I hope to promote and keep these great music alive. Please buy the bands' music if they are still commercially available, if not then enjoy the hunt for that elusive melodic track. Oh, by the way there are no MP3s here unfortunately. If you own the music or the copyright to one or any of these songs and would like to have it removed please email me and they won't be played here anymore and it will be immediately pulled out. Imagine, if we were neighbours, we would definitely be rummaging through each other's record collection, listening to some fine music over some bottles of beer...If you have any info or stories on some of the bands played or mentioned here or you were in the band and you have some great music that you want to share please feel free to email me at jbsolo@gmail.com.

The Bon Bon Club are Sushi Quatro (bass, vox), Thirsty Moore (drums, vox) and Chapatti Smith (perc, vox), although Sushi and Thirsty are better known under different names for their day job as the rhythm section of Sheffield glam-popsters The Long Blondes.
Also check out a radio podcast by Sun and the Moon guitarists Andy Clegg and myself. On one of our shows we play a track by and talk about The Sun and the Moon and The Chameleons. Follow the link below.
Cheers Jessel, I'm sure Neal will post up the listings of the Christmas CDs. Plan is to release a new CD (recording is more or less complete) and then some of the older things - the lost HFS album, Jactars, Decemberists. BTW have you seen the early James recordings have been re-released? Even 'Chainmail' - wow!
