In a world where so much injustice occurs, I was born... haha... but anyways, if you're here you already know my name. I guess that's the first step. I was born, raised, and remain in London Ontario. I started tattooing in 2001. At first I started off on my own, learning things the hard way... I made quite a few oranges pretty and inked, haha. I had little resources to learn from, so I bought a starter kit (which I learned later was all junk) read the booklet it came with, and started tattooing those damn oranges, because I heard that they were good to practice on.
I had been drawing my entire life, but found no use for it until then. I got into a shop about two months later, and that's where the real learning took place. I was quick to lose the nervous shake that many newbie tattooists have, and once I found confidence my whole world changed. Any money I made working went right back into it, buying new machines, inks, needles, tubes, anything that would help further my tattooing.
There were a couple of nice artists in the area who really helped me out, answering all the stupid questions I had, and to them I owe everything.
I've learned to have a great deal of patience, because not every customer is as well informed as others. I really think tattooing is finally being accepted as an art form, and hopefully this continues...
I live and breath tattooing and have found true happiness doing it. If anyone ever has any questions feel free to email me. There are almost no stupid questions so don't feel shy about asking.
