Singer/Songwriter Jessica Bell is the daughter of the leaders of the well-known Melbourne Indie group Hard Candy. She established herself when she formed the Melbourne group called spAnk in 1997 which lasted about 4 years until her travelling backwards and forwards from Melbourne, Australia to Athens, Greece could no longer keep them firmly together.
